That technically works I guess, but it's a lot of extra work and it requires new pattern pieces which will change the simulation. I've found that doing separate pieces for edge trims really messes ...

Thanks for your post. Interesting. Would you say the simulation scales linearly (ie a 28 core/56 thread Xeon performs 7x faster than a 4 core/8 thread i7)? And how does CPU rendering with 28 cores ...
