The parametric pattern tool may help you. This tool allows you to put in a set of measurements to create a pattern block. You can find an article HERE and video HERE
But CLO is a pattern and cloth simulation software. So the more you know about pattern making the easier it will be. There are many great pattern making books out there that may also be good to look into
