Cannot Open software on Mac

Please fix asap!!!! I have already tried to fix my settings and allow it and apple said you need to update your system.

  Hello. Easy Fix. Simply click the "Show in Finder" then RIGHT CLICK and select Open. It will give you a similar Error, but OPEN will be an option. Just Click Open and you should be fine.
