Render queue
Hi,
I'm wondering why there is no render queue in Clo3D? It would be very handy to be able to select a view with the render and lighting settings with the prefered output settings (like an A4 size 300 dpi picture) and then add it as a render job. And once you put the whole list of jobs in the queue and then just hit go so they get processed one by one.
I know someone who just puts like 30 instances of Clo3D open at once and then just lets them render all at once just to have them be done at night and done by morning, but it often happens the the PC freezes coz the many instances of Clo3D fighting for the same resources probably cause it to crash.
Is such a feature in the works? I can imagine many people would highly appreciate such a feature.

Hi jerghal. If you are working on a single garment you can create a sort of render queue in CLO.
Render Window > Image/Video Properties
-For Colorways make sure Render All Colorways is checked "ON" this will render out all of your colorways
-If you want multiple views of the same garment you can set up Custom Views. Change View Point from Current view to Custom View. How to set up custom views is explained HERE

Thank you for your reply. I knew this option was in there but this is not what I meant. I mean you open a file for one garment, determine the views, add it to a job queue. Open the next file, do the same for the views for that garment, add that job to the queue until you have added all views for all different garments you want to have rendered and THEN hit a render button and wait until you computer sequentially renders all views for all jobs. This would make it very convenient to let this run at night and by morning you would have all rendered files.
I would think many people would appreciate such a function. Many thanks
