Imported button has different color??

I created an OBJ object in Blender with no material and the object is in plain white color. However, when I registered that OBJ as button, some part of it appears to be dark grey. Changing color or adding texture to it doesn't seem to help :S 

Does anyone know what's happening? Appreciate the help!! XX

  Hi kellyl910 Usually this poblem is caused by he wrong normal direction, Check it in Blender.

  A CLO3D button has a very specific construction as a 3D model, you need to adhere to that convention, like insertion point and how the mesh is welded together. The best way to see how this works is to take an existing CLO3D button, save it out and change the file extension to .zip and unpack that file and look at the mesh object (the button ) and see how that is constructed.
