Pan doest work on 2D, anybody having the same issue?

I am using 5.0 version however for some reason pan don't work on my 2D window.. it is fine on 3D window.. is there a bug? anybody having the same issue? and how can I solve it?

  Are you using a 3 button mouse? Looking for recommendations for equipment? Reset all defaults.

  @vadsura  Thanks for the reply.. I use PC now but using mac magic mouse, i always used this in the past, which it has 3 button.. which other equipment would you recommend?  I reset couple times already all defaults and tried again but for some reason only pan doesn't work on 2D window, the rest of it works..

  @pinarer, try to reset the View Control setting with below manual:

  @erica, I did several times but for some reason only pan tool doesn't work on my 2D window

  Maybe it's easier to buy a 3-button mouse, as recommended by the hardware requirements?

  Have you tried to reset View Controls through Settings>User Settings> View Control?
