How to create realistic melange material?

I need to create a similar type of melange texture. I tried to do it in a substance sampler, but it didn’t work out very well, because I can’t find a swatch with even lighting anywhere, so it’s very difficult to make a seamless texture. I’m also interested in how it would be possible to implement the texture transitions that can be seen in the reference
