    Thank you for reaching out. We just tested the most recent release for individuals 2024.0.230 and have had no issues exporting as any of the above mentioned options.

    It is possible that the error could be file specific. Could you please share the file with us directly through our Contact Us Page. please attach the file and information above as well as images of what your export settings are.

    If the file is too large to upload please use a wetransfer link
