    Have you made sure that you have Thick Texture Surface turned on in the 3D vertical toggle?

    Have you also checked to make sure that your graphics card is up to date?

    I think the problem is that my laptop can not run on one of the newest graphic cards. I have fully updated it but still get the notification that I am using an Intel Graphic Card and that if possible I should update it. Thanks for the help.
