CLO Colour issues after update 7.3.1

Hi guys, after the latest major update all the colours in my CLO files have been displaying incorrectly. This also happens with any fabric that has any form of transparency, instead of correctly displaying, the garment will appear fully transparent unless in render. Sometimes the entire 3D environment showcases in the wrong colour

As you can see from the screenshot, the correct colours are displayed in the render window, but everything else has a purple (sometimes green) film over every colour, you can also see in the 2nd screenshot that some icons in the 2D window also have this purple film. 

Is this a known issue after this update? Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone know how to resolve the issue?

  This can occur when something interrupted the update process, or if you have multiple versions of CLO installed that may not have been properly uninstalled. You will need to completely uninstall CLO (all versions) and then reinstall. You can find instructions on how to do this HERE

  @CLO Designers I have uninstalled exactly following the instructions given and the issue is still happening
