My accessory does not animate

I have a bow added to my avatar. It is tacked onto the avatar but wont move with the animation. I have a similar problem with the heel of a shoe. Can anyone give me advice?

  When you added/imported the bow did you add it as an avatar or as a Trim? If you added it as an Avatar it will not animate

  from your screenshot dropdown menu I do not see the option to Glue or Unglue. How was this bow attached to the garment? You can see in the below screenshot I have several more options in mine. When it was added I used the Glue bottle to attached (Little bottle icon to the upper right of the Gizmo). I cannot see this on your above screen since it was just cut off

   

  Did you by chance Unglue the Bow and then turn on collision? If you did this it will no longer react with the garment.

  I did not know about glue! I had just tacked it on, thank you!
