Upload at Mixamo Error

I am trying to upload an avatar to Mixamo but it seems it doesn't work and it either gives me the first error or the second.

  Hello and thank you for your reply,

  However I don't think I am there yet. I am trying to import the avatar in order to get the motion. I haven't managed to import it yet, and that's where exactly is the error I get.

  Hi endion

  With newer versions of CLO (7.1 and up) this is no longer necessary. You can simply download the animation directly from Mixamo without registering the CLO avatar in Mixamo. You can watch ademo of this in the CLO 7.1 Webinar HERE it begins at the 30:30 mark.
