The Boundary Points are not valid - between grades

I am no longer able to go between grades because this notice pops up. I have been able to select other grades, but not since adding a pattern piece to the grade set and grading it. Sometimes I am able to select others, but only after closing and reopening the file

Any ideas?

  Dear designeronethread,

  Is there binding or piping applied to the pattern pieces? If yes, can you delete them and see if the message still appears?

  The error is most likely coming from Segment Points or Curve Points being too close together or overlapping. In the 2D Toggle you can turn on Grading View. With Grading Turned on you may see where your grade is creating a loop or something similar. You can then use the Edit Grading (each) or Edit Curve Point (each) to adjust the grading
