    Which version of CLO are you currently using?

    Were these issue you have been having or did this start recently? Or is this only happening on certain files?

    Newest version. Just started with update, on all files.

     We will report this to our team. If the previous version was working properly we recommend downgrading to that version temporarily. That can be done HERE

    If you are able please reach out through our Contact Us page and attach the files (zprj and csv) there for our Dev team to take a look at

    Please also add any other information you think would also be helpful

    I saw that you submitted both of the files, perfect. For future please always say what the issue is in the message or add a link back to the post. Very often it is not the exact same person seeing both Forums and Contact Us tickets. So the next person would not know what the issue is. Thank you!

    One last thing we noticed in the ticket that you are on 7.1 274, but the latest version is 7.1.306.

    I am definitely on 7.1.306. I must have hit the wrong version.
