Hello,

I'm trying to use the "Auto fitting" tool. When I'm changing to a different size avatar the size of the bodysuit changes on my 3D window but on my 2D window the size of the bodysuit remains the same. Can you assist? Can I see the new size bodysuit on my 2D window? Thank you!!

  Hi chelym

  After adding the new avatar that is a different size and clicking the Auto Fit button does Auto Fit work? 

  Or can you please add screenshots for our reference?

  A screenshot is attached. I switched to a bigger size avatar and used the Auto-fit button, but the pattern remains the same (on my 2D window). Thank you!

  Hi chelym,

  Auto Fitting is working fine for me. Can you update to 2024.0.240 to make sure all build changes are taken into account, and try separately with the standard T-shirt included in the CLO library? 

  Can you show a screenshot with the 3D window simulated after running Auto Fitting? From what I can see, it doesn't appear to have done anything, also not in the 3D window. (And that would be the first instance I have come across where the garment would have changed in only one window, regarding any action in CLO. This is very unlikely, as it would be a severe "freak accident" glitch.)

  Hi chelym are you simulating before you click Auto Fit? IF you are please try changing the avatar, but do not simulate before hand.

  US Designer Support is correct. I didn't know of this issue, just learned something new :) It might appear to change for you in 3D because the garment is redraped, but it isn't actually altered in measurements (otherwise it would also change in 2D, also, it doesn't fit afterwards, which it will after auto fitting has actually run).

  Thank you very much guys... here is another print screen... there is no change in the pattern (when switching to a bigger size avatar before pushing "auto fitting"). Maybe I'm doing something wrong...? Thank you!
