Cannot enter my id properly because the ID field isnt accepting the "dot" 

So I can only write @gmailcom instead of @gmail.com

  Hi all, if you've signed up with CLO-SET (Integrated account), please download the CLO 2024 version via download page and log in with 'Sign in with CLO-SET' option on the login popup. Please try and hope some of you can solve the login issue.

  Hi iamaguru . When Logging into CLO you do not use your email. You should use your User ID "iamaguru"

  None of my email and ID (the random combination of letters and numbers) works for log in, please help.

  Hi, same Problem here. I never chose an "ID", mine was auto generated as a random string of letters and numbers but the login prompt won't accept it as my credentials. I can log into the website just fine but the actual software refuses.

  As a new user you should be logging in with the CLO-SET option

  As noted above new users no longer log into CLO with an ID. You must use the login with CLO-SET option
