Progiss, you mean model it in a 3D software and then use the avatar editor tools to adjust the measurements? If so, you can't.

The process to adjust the existing CLO3D avatar to a table of measures (eg: made to measure custom tailoring) is outlined here. > https://youtu.be/zwbjAyH0r9c

Check out their video channel. >> CLO3D Video channel

If you have a body scan (an incoming 3D model surface scan - eg: house model) you can use the convert to avatar feature. This will map the CLO3D avatars surfaces to the incoming 3D model scan to take that body shape.  However you cannot adjust that weight map after using the avatar editor - it is in that specific body shape size.

The process flow if you want to have a custom avatar shape that is adjustable is to use the tape measures to read off the 3D shape on your incoming avatar and then input those measures into the CLO3D avatar editor using one of the existing avatar characters, which is typical of tailor made clothing and 'base' avatar use.

So in all instances the answer is still perhaps, - Yes when you use the common made to measure avatar tailoring fitting process.
