I cannot log in. What should I do?
I cannot sign in on CLO web or CLO software even if I enter a valid ID and Password.
Answer
Please follow the instructions below based on your subscription plan and software authentication for Business Plan Clients to solve the login issue.
CLO for Individuals

Please use the Chrome browser over other browsers and remove the old cookies.

Check your user ID and Password (User ID and PW you set up when signing up clo3d website.)
-For signing in to CLO software, the user ID is your email address above CLO 2024 version, or the name on your account page or receipt below 2024 version.
-If you receive the user ID as your email address, please install CLO software with 2024 version via the download page and access CLO software through 'sign-in with CLO-SET'.
-Please check your user ID from your subscription invoice as some users are confused with other CLO accounts.

If the PC's 443 port firewall is blocked, unblock and try logging in again.
-
Deactivate the antivirus program on the PC and try logging in again.

CLO for Business Users
Standalone

Check the dongle key is connected to the PC, and try logging in again.

Check the HASP Driver is properly installed, and try logging in again.

Confirm internet connection.

Confirm ID and Password.

If the PC's 443 port firewall is blocked, unblock and try logging in again.

Deactivate the antivirus program on the PC and try logging in again.

Network

Check the dongle key is connected to a PC in the same network service, and try logging in again.

Check the HASP Driver is properly installed on the PC, and try logging in again.

Check your computer is in the same network service as the PC with the dongle key.

If your computer is not in the same network service, select port forwarding and try logging in again.
OnlineAuth

Confirm ID and Password.

I have used the correct password and ID and i still can not log in, i tried to used the "contact us" feature on the website but one i hit on the "submit" button, nothing happens

yesterday it was running properly without any issue but today i am getting this Error (failed to login due to a server issue. please contact the clo support team. (error code: 0)
Same. Was using yesterday w/o issue, today login attempt just loops to "Please try again."

I have the same problem... I have the correct login and it works. I can log in on my mac perfectly fine, but when I try on my windows it does not work. Even though I downloaded the windows version
The support team is no help at all
The only solution I've found is to disconnect from the internet, log in, then reconnect. It's annoying and roundabout, but it solves the problem for me.
I am fashion student in IRAN and for filtering and limitation , I cant pay for use app . I cant find a way to use app and i really need to contact you . I'll really be happy if you solve my problem . thank you
