Can I change my ID or email address?
Answer
With the integrated CLO-SET account, auto-generated IDs cannot be changed. Instead, users will need to log in using the 'Sign-in with CLO-SET' option starting from CLO version 2024.0 and above. (*both on the CLO website and the CLO software)
You can change your email address. To do so, please visit your Account page. For detailed instructions, please refer to the related article: Change Email from CLO-SET
*Please note that changing your email address of your CLO-SET account does not affect your activated licenses or subscription status.
