How do I change the Pixel size on render?

Hi

 

Am I able to adjust the pixel size? 

See image:

The glitter OBJ is not great quality and was hoping this could be improved.

  In the render image (save file output area) you will find the ability to change both the image size and image resolution (dpi or lines per inch) the default dpi is set to 300 in the vray render tab, see the vray workspace render icons to change the settings for each of the render engine features.
