Hello there!

With the new web I cannot deactivate my license. No ones is using it and it says is Active.  I am enrolled in the 3DCDC constest too and not even that license is launching. What can I do. With the old website it was quite easy, now is annoying and stoping me. Any help?

  Dear Team

  I know the instructions but the Deactivation button disappeared. I tried Safari and Chrome. As you see in my screenshot both licenses are ACTIVE and I have no button to change that.

  Hi carleslopez. It seems that the issue might be from you having both a Trial and an Active Subscription. This should not be possible. Please reach out to us directly on our Contact Us Page HERE for further assistance.

  Hi CLo team. This is happening even before the trial version. Just with my one stand-alone license, I cannot see the button. I have this trial because of 3DCDC contest just for the project.
