How to make fabric fall like in the picture

Hey everyone! 

I am really new to clo, so I am still learning the whole process. I just cant figure out how to make the fabric like in the picture here?

  hello chanelnader ,

  First use a light fabric from the library, silk , georgette, then apply the shirring to the section where the fabrics is gathered.
  If this is not enough you can use the skive ( select the piece and under the Bond tab flag the skive box) this property can also be applied to just a part of a pattern.

  to do that draw an internal shape in the pattern and apply the skive property to this part.

  note drawing an internal shape the first point must be inside a pattern then the other can be outside if you need.
