Creating custom avatar from anthropometric data

Anyone knows of a good source of human meassurements to fill in the Avatar Editor form? I'm looking for a chart preferably grouped by percentiles.

  The answer you gave me a few days ago was excellent. I was still processing all the pages you provided when I headed back to the post and couldn't find your answer. Did you delete it? I couldn't answer you with the same promptitude as you answer my question. If that was the reason for deleting your post all I can say is that I'm terribly sorry.
