    Where the height value is dialed up on the Fabrics, displacement map, also note you need to decide is there a hair like (fur) component to your fabric texture. For fleece and other topography (surface) displacements you can use a greyscale displacement map to push the surface out but for hair based stranded fabric you can create a custom strand that uses a base image (diffuse) to drive the hair fibre color as it grows off the surface using particle vector physics.

    So for some fabrics you may need to experiment with the two possible methods > micro-poly displacement using a greyscale image OR physics hair strand growth off a base color map.
