Unlinking topstitching
Hello! Great software you have here. I'm three weeks into my trial and am enjoying it. As a suggestion, it would be nice to be able to maintain linked pattern pieces while also having the option of unlinking topstitching. This would be great in a situation where you would want to have unmirrored stitching (back rise seam, front rise seam, fly facing) and still have the ability to make pattern changes to the linked pattern pieces. Is this somehow possible currently?

A good idea. But unfortunately, this is not yet possible. I keep the symmetry almost to the end, at the very end I have to turn off the symmetry and remove the unnecessary seam.

Hi @jeffyee, I do as Vad said you, keep symmetry as along I need it.
I would add that if you have removed the symmetry link, you can re-apply it by selecting the two pieces, right clic in one of them and choose : Apply Linked editig > Simmetryc pattern (with sewing) As showed in the pictureThis works under two conditions :
1 the two pieces must havebeen simmetric before
2 the geometry of the two pieces must be the same, if you have made a change in one of them this option doesn't work.Daniele
