  is it possible to change the 3D sketch with sewing outlines into a vector grafic to use for technical worksheets

  Yes. Have you tried to use Schematic Render. Many people are using this to replace traditional Ai flats.

  I know about the scheatic Render but i definitly need Vector files to change later something in Illustrator. Thatz means for example pic coulours and change it directly in illustrator into another one. is there a chance to do some vector out of from clo3d?

  You can find instructions on how to change images to vector. But we would recommend instead changing and updating in CLO for the most pattern accurate 3d flats
