Why new version 7.3 can not see 7.2 colorways?

I had work for Big customer using 7.2 clo, but they said, they can not see colorways in new version.  I tried, 7.3.134, it was showing, but my customer said they cannot. I cannot argue at this point, will use 7.3 again.  But I also had similar issue when I use 7.3, and tried to open in 7.2, all colorways disappared. So not sure what is triggering this problem, I think this should be fixed.

  Colorway mode had a very large update for 7.3. So it is currently not backwards compatible. We do recommend for companies and vendors to align of which version of CLO they are currently using.
