Shoulder strap won't lay flat on skin

Hi, 

For some reason, my shoulder strap won't lay flat on shoulder?  I have changed the particle distance to 5 and skin offset to between 0-1, but still nothing changed. Did I miss something? Thank you!

  Hi jiaqian Your thickness collision for the straps is set to 15 mm! (And also the thickness rendering)
  Pay attention, if type 1.5 Clo automatically will change it to 15, you have to use comma (,) for the decimal numbers.
  I make this mistake very often too!

  LOL OOPS!!! GOOD CATCH and thanks for the tip! I set it to 0 and skin off set to 0 and it is still slightly raised. Is that how it's suppose to look or is there anything I should change to make it more flat?

  Turn on Thick Textured View (Option+1).
