How to change a patterns/materials size with size indication?

Is there a tool where I can make the pattern smaller/bigger by percent? The only tool I know , doesn't show me how much smaller or bigger I made the pattern

  Yes. You can scale a pattern pieces size overall by using the the Transform Pattern Tool > Select the desired pattern > Use the Bounding box to begin scaling the pattern piece > While still holding your Left Click also Right Click. This will open a precision box where you can then scale by Percent or Dimension.
