    I had the same. I've reported it to support. Although I think it's a "false positive". Turned off AVG and it installed fine.

    An anti-virus of a PC may inhibit launching CLO. Please turn off or uninstall the anti-virus program and try to launch it again. If CLO launches unsuccessfully after the uninstall, please contact us. Thank you.
