improof touching inherent functions / measuremnts icons
Dear, as I work on a 24"screen with 2560 x 1440 pixels in my opnions the Icons are very small. It would be better to add an option to increase the icons (in the user settings) and especially to make it much easier to touch the inherent functions!
From a friend I heard she had problems to go to the inherent functions as well in case working with a pen instaed of the mouse.
thank you for attention.

Hi coupeur
You can already adjust your resolution in your User Settings.
Just go to Settings > User Settings > User Interface. Then scroll to the bottom till you see Display. You can then Uncheck Auto Scale and choose the best option below for your monitor.
I have included a visual below for reference. Hope this helps!

For using a wacom Pen vs a mouse. Both are possible in CLO. Under User Settings > then in the upper Right corner select the type of tool you are using under User preset. You want to make sure to choose which ever tool you are currently using.
At CLO we do recommend at 3 button mouse (Regular Mouse) as that is the most user friendly

Dear, thank you for the response and info.
My problem after chaning to "medium" or "small- 4K" is when login in again to make the changes happen the Login screen is far too small to make it possible to log in anyway?! What do I do wrong? best,

Hi. The Small 4K version is using the 4k monitor to its fullest capability but going to make the icons smallest. You should try the other two options as well. Large is decrease the amount of pixels on your screen but your icons will be larger. Or Medium which is recommended and most people find as a happy medium

Hi yes that's the contradiction; for the best optical result after rendering a 4K screen is the most interessting I assume? But in case it's the hardest setting to work smoothly it make's no sense. (in case you cannot login it makes no sense anyway or am I doing something wrong?!) Especially to go to the inherent functions is really hard/ bad. Perhaps you can study this topic and check with your test panel users please?! For sure you kan make many more users happy with a better 4K interface and therefore making the program more popular in the end. Thank you for taking care in advance!

Your screen resolution should have nothing to do with your ability to login. If you are having any problems logging in please reach out to us directly on our Contact Us Page HERE
There is a great website HERE which explains screen resolution and pixels. and why icons can look very small on a 4K monitor and why you may want to adjust to Small/Medium/Large settings.
I also posting images of what each on those setting looks like on a 32" 4k monitor. We hope this helps

Thank you for the information which I understand. With the setting "resolution- Large FHD" it is possible to login. The icons are still very small. With the setting "large FHD" it is really hard to touch the triangle on every icon for the inherent functions; did you try yourself please?!
Could you serious check this topic with the software enigineers please; it is a problem! I'm really serious in willing to work with the program for the next decade but can not in this way..
Besides; more and more FHD screens will be used in general I assume.

You may also need to double check what your personal monitor settings on your computer. Like you have been shown above it shows all the different versions of the settings without issue. and when set to Large the icons have increased in scale. None of these settings have caused any previous complaints about logging in.
IT can also help us to help you if you add screen shots so we can see exactly what you are seeing. If you would like you can send your visuals directly to us directly on our Contact Us Page HERE
For the Triangles you are talking about on the icons do not need to directly click on them to reveal the drop down menu, You can Regular Click and Hold on the icon. This will reveal the drop down menu for the additional tools to be selected.
May I also ask have you updated to the latest version of 7.0?

thank you for reply. The information about "Hold on to the Icon" is helpful to see the drop down menu. I'll sent a print screen. In my opnion it would be helpful to see bigger icons. The "contact us" page gives an error? Where to add a print screen?

As long as the image is a JPEG or a PNG you should be able to drag and drop the image into the image box. or click on the Browse File and select the image from your desk top, See below image for reference. Also make sure that you are logged into the CLO website with your CLO login credentials
