thank you for submitting a question.
You can't render in a mesh view in CLO, but you can change the color of your mesh. You would first need to change the surface texture view in the 3D toggle menu to the mesh view (or press ALT+5) and then open the schematic render view. Now change from texture to color next to 'garment' and select your preferred color.
