Perfectly centered line

Hi,

I'm using Clo3D for the automotive industry and I need a perfectly centered line on my avatar (3D scanned seat).
I'm using Blender to make my avatar almost perfectly aligned with the axis but I find it very difficult to keep this precision in Clo3D.

For now, the only solution I have is reducing the FOV to 0 and trying the best I can to zoom into my Avatar and align my lines (measurement and/or 3D pen) with the grid below.

Any better solution?

  I think I found the solution: just use Shift when starting to draw. It seems to match more or less my centered line.

  This solution isn't perfect, but my previous one either. The advantage is that I don't have to mess up with FOV (that messes up with Zooming :( )
