Keep showing "No matching avatar"

Hi,
I download the shoes from CLO 3D website, but keep showing "No matching avatar"

What's wrong with it?

  Usually the shoes are created for specific avatars. From your image I believe you are using Female V2 avatar, it is suggested to check if the shoes that you downloaded are for V2. Thanks!
