Hi Clo,

The latest update is running painfully slow, and I saw other users are having the same issue. I want to downgrade to CLO 5.2 but your instruction page for how to do this directs me to a page where the only option is for a trial. I am a paying user, so this link doesn't work. Where/how can I downgrade versions as a subscriber?

  The trial download banner is separate from the Download button above it. Please select the correct download link as per below to downgrade!
