Bust Measurement Limit?
I apologize if this has been asked before and there's a simple solution. But I did try searching for it and can't seem to find an answer regarding my issue.
I have a client with a bust circumference of 62" and the Avatar Editor doesn't want to go above 59.055. Am I missing something? I even adjusted the rest of the measurements for the avatar to better reflect my client's measurements and shape, but there still seems to be a limit in place.
Help?

lunarcrystal Hi Carol. Thanks for reaching out. You are correct, currently there is a max limit on the measurement editing for the Avatars.

When you get into the larger sizes on human shape, that is where you start to get into some avatar mesh customization, as the waistline and hip line can shift relative to what would be called the natural waistline for example. So when in that situation it is perhaps a good idea to look at the basic silhouette front and side and look to some external mesh editing apps that let you tweak the basic form to better fit a front and side image of the clients basic measures. When I do measurement workshops for sports related (ski and water sports) gear for example they tend to be older customers, bigger > generally 3XL and above, so many of the technical fits needs to shift from standard off the shelf high street avatar forms and move into some 'fine tuning', either simple image or full body scan.
Look into to how you can export the avatar and tweak it in a mesh editing program like the free blender against some side and front images, then re-import and fit the measure tapes to that new adjusted avatar shape.
2 links below where I posted some insight as to what you can do, and although I show a scan of a smaller user, it could equally be an XL size client and the process would basically be the same, only you could import a mesh edited avatar from photos rather than a body scan - then the same process for a customized avatar with measures. > A tailored fit.

You can actually use a good quality mobile phone and a few images around a standing client (with a few squares of tape stuck on the clients clothing) to get a good 3D model in a few minutes image capture and about 10 minutes auto processing. After I am out of quarantine (3-4 weeks from now) I should maybe show how simple and free that process is. You don't need costly scanning equipment for the occasional model scan, that was ten years ago, these days you actually can do it with amazing accuracy (96%) with a mobile phone. I do this with house fit models and it ends up more accurate than the costly scans cumbersome hardware I used to do it with. And uniquely CLO3D has the tools inside their software to allow you to quickly process this into a good tailoring avatar than can be posed.
One of the best features of CLO3D 6.0 certainly great for client personalisation of avatars of all shapes and sizes no constraints.
