Edit/Delete individual color option from Color Palette?

Is there a way to delete color(s) from the Color menu?
Currently, I can only add colors but cannot delete/revise swatches.

Also, I watched a video where the swatches can be reordered (https://youtu.be/SR_omDzaJ-o), but I am unable to click and drag swatches to reorder.

  Select the color swatch (from your list of added colors into your custom pallete) and then hit the delete key on your keyboard. It's that simple.

  Thanks. Figured out than function key + delete worked
