How to Redownload?

I had to delete my Clo 3d software from my computer temporarily to make more space on my computer. I've tried to redownload it but it keeps coming up as failed. What should I do?

  Most likely the software was not uninstalled properly the first time. Make sure you uninstall the software from the Program Files and then delete the CLO folder from Program Files.

  It redownloaded but I keep getting this when I try to open it.
