I would save the animation as an image sequence (either jpegs or as transparent pngs if you want to change the background at all). It's got an advantage of being able to stop renders and restart them if you need the computer for something else (or if it crashes mid-render) and it means you can tweak individual frames if there are little glitches etc.

I use Premiere Pro and open as an image sequence, because it fits into my workflow, but if you don't have that you can use another program that you prefer.

You can open an image sequence in Quicktime player (built in) on the Mac and convert to something suitable https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/quicktime-player/qtp315cce984/mac

    Hi Adam,

btw I figured now what you meant by individual jpegs. Will give it a try. It just takes ages to run a rendered animation in Clo & the quality isn't too great neither. Could be because I am running on mac with no Nvidia. I am running a short one now to test it out in Premiere Pro. Hoping the quality can be improved there too.

    Thanks for the tip.
