Is it possible to add few "fullness by line " at ones?
Needed to add fullness by this lines. Do I have to add it one by one or you have some tool or trick to add it at once?

You could use the Fullness (Line) tool to spread the piece without slashing the lines at first. This creates a fullness but rounds the seamline which can work depending on what this is for. Then you will have to manually create the slashes to distribute the fullness added. See the image below:
