How to align uv map with specific center and specific size?

Hi!

I tried to find set uv map center and uv map size, however, I can't find uv map setting except automatic.

 

Therefore, now I wear reading glasses for setting more exactly..

Can anyone know how to align uv map with specific center and specific size?(like (u,v) , center(0,0), width = 2, height = 1 [m])

or just move uv map grid by grid

  Only manual adjustment by moving or resizing the square for highest texel density.
