  On the lower hem patterns if you place in a stiff tape the edges will stiffen and won't be so prone to pulling up. You can also change the sewing seam type angle of these two pattern pieces at the hem, so that they are at a more acute angle and you can raise the strength so they sit firmly together (that appears to be the single biggest issue causing the fault). You should also do that with the sleeve ends as well.

   

  All my quilt pattern edges have tape and then the sewing angle is checked to make sure the type > angle > strength pulls the edges nice and straight.

  Added in 20mm edge seam tape > rolling fold angle changes the edge performance.

   

  TIP > change your simulation mode to > Simulate (Complete Non Linear)
