How can I attach hair with my avatar?

I tried to make my hair-dae-file to be fitted with CLO-Avatar(Female_Emma), but failed to.

Of cource, I worked according to How to Make Hair Created in 3D Modelling Software to be Compatible with CLO Avatars, but couldn't.

I opend accessory maker window, checked avatar ID-001, verify collada file path, and checked Skin Texture Use. I succeeded to make zacs file, but it appeared like this picture when I double clicked zacs file.  

What's wrong with me?

  Your import scale looks incorrect for both items. When you import another file format from another system you need to ensure the units used in that previous system are noted and when you import that the parented object does not have many surface points that do not have a common insertion point. Otherwise on import to new systems they can all come in at odd insertion points and at a potentially different scale.

  Yeah, scale looks way off. Try fiddling with the import scale values to see if any of those will fix it, in case you're not sure what the export scale is.
