The best way to create the realistic catwalk is to use a motion capture animation which was recorded in a MoCap studio with an actual human. There are services that sale these but fortunately The Fabricant is providing their awesome MoCap animations for free and even in Clo3D format.
They include the licensing terms for the MoCap files. The gist of it is you can use it for non-commercial uses and only need to credit them. If you use their walk cycles for commercial (for profit) you will need to contact them for licensing.
