How can I pass the same suit to a male and female avatar?

I would like to know if there is any way to put the same suit on the same avatar, whether female, male or child. That is ... is there any way that that suit automatically fits a male / female avatar without having to create a suit for each avatar being the same suit for both sexes of the avatars?

  Hi Fran. The garment will fit an avatar which is a female, male or child as long as the avatar has the same size and shape. From what I understand, you want the garment to auto-adjust to the new shape and size. Please confirm if this is what you want.

  If it is like I said above, then there is no automatic way. You could use the Shrink version but is a manual process of shrinking and then simulating until everything fits again.
