How to export patterns in HPGL or PLT file format?

Hello!

I sent a DFX file of the pattern to a manufacturer and the are asking for these file format instead: HPGL / PLT

Any ideas on how I can export my patterns into these file formats?

  Try to send ai pdf. (Menu--File--Export-Ai Pdf)

  When I had a need for conversion DXF, I used the Corel draw.

  Hey @lourieclo.

  HPGL/PLT is plotter or Graphics Language for HP plotters. Generally read by CAD software. So after you send a vector file to print to a plotter, the drivers convert it to HPGL or PLT format.

   

  I would export the patterns as PDF and then convert them with external software like ViewCompanion http://www.softwarecompanions.com/viewcomp.html
