make Sewing line visible ( problem with fold stenght )

hey there,

 

and hellow to my first post here!

 

I am trying to make sewing lines visible using the fold parameters.

But something botheres me.

I dont really get how the feedback works, i put in another value and hit enter but i

cant see a difference, i refresh my render view but also there isnt any change happening.

 

(mostly i select all sewing lines with the sewing editor tool )

 

After some time the effect maybe changes,

but its quity hard to try and error from here.

 

Also, is there a way to make sewing lines visible just as small lines?

the fold effect mostly has an impact of 1-2 cm it seems, so its changing surface a lot.
