The shortcuts in the CLO3D program are not working

The shortcuts in the CLO3D program are not working. I'm an iMac user, and when I try to use the shortcuts right after launching the program, sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. I don't know the cause. Please can you tell me how to make the shortcuts always work?
