Applying multiple colours to a fabric

Hi there,

I was wondering if it is possible to change the colour of parts of a fabric.
For example I have this digitised fabric with dots and I'd like to be able to change both the white part and the dots to 2 new colours.

I only know how to desaturate the whole fabric and apply one overall colour.
