Cloth pin to avatar

I have this cloth i made and theres a part that gets pinned to the avatar even tho i have no tack on it. I tried pulling it out and even tho it comes off, when i let go the cloth it sticks again to the avatar.

  Im currently using another account just to use the forum while the other one with the license i use for the program. Is there any problem with doing so? im new to forums so im not aware of terms and conditions of so.

  It is no problem to use a different account to post here, however, we'd appreciate knowing which ID you are using CLO with, this determines the type of support or possible changes in answers (e.g. depending on version usage).
